The Essex Referees’ Association (“ERA”) provides important support, guidance and mentoring to referees of all ages and experience. The ERA is made up on 8 local branches who cover the largest refereeing county in the country.

Local societies operate like a self-help group where you can meet with other referees to discuss different aspects of your game, share experiences and debate issues.
